SUCREA®
SUCREA® is the synonyme for high-quality baking mixes and ice cream applications made of selected ingredients and with excellent flavour.
Under the SUCREA® brand, Unifine offers powder mixes for various applications such as baking, filling and crunchy mixes, creams, flavours, compounds, fonds (cream stabilisers) and mousses.
In addition to SUCREA®, Unifine has three SUCREA® sub brands:
• SUCREA® Linea Gelato are high-quality products for the manufacturing of artisan Italian ice cream. Basic mixes for ice cream, flavouring pastes, flavours, variegati as well as creamy and fruity toppings demonstrate the endless variety of tastes and colours.
• SUCREA® DiaLine is a specialised product line consisting of baking and patisserie mixes, cream stabilisers for the creation of diabetic pastries.
• SUCREA® ChefLine, a premium product line specifically designed for the chefs in hotels, restaurants and larger-scale catering operations ensuring consistently high quality of the finished product. The product line includes Bavaroise fonds, dessert powders and sauces, flavours and decorations.
FRUIBEL®
Unifine offers a wide range of ready-to-use fruit preparations under the FRUIBEL® brand with high fruit content and excellent taste made of first-class fruits. Only selected fruits are processed in state-of-the-art production facilities ensuring the unrivalled flavour of fresh fruit fruits in pastry.
CAULLET®
Products under the CAULLET® brand are traditional products with high quality at attractive prices. Unifine supplies CAULLET® pastry ingredients such as glacings, mirroirs, fondants, almond pastes and toppings.
